Partnering with Praise 106.5 to Share the Hope of Jesus!
On Tuesday, August 11, Thrive Church is partnering with Praise 106.5 for YES Day—a special one-day outreach dedicated entirely to sharing the hope of Jesus with Southern British Columbia and Northwest Washington.
One simple YES has the power to change the trajectory of a life, a family, even a generation. And there's no greater YES than saying YES to Jesus.
From 6:00am to 6:00pm, Praise 106.5 will be filling the airwaves with the Gospel, sharing powerful stories of life transformation, praying with listeners, and inviting people into a relationship with Jesus.
How You Can Be Part of YES Day?
We're looking for volunteers to serve on the Phone Answering Team alongside the Praise 106.5 Team by:
- Answering phone calls and encouraging those responding to the Gospel.
- Praying with people who are making decisions to follow Jesus or renew their faith.
- Supporting meaningful conversations with listeners.
- Helping create a warm, Christ-centred environment throughout the day.
Volunteers are encouraged to serve one or more 1.5-hour shifts, and those who are available to stay longer are greatly appreciated.
