You can now apply to be a Passion Group Facilitator — someone who leads an interest-based small group where people connect through shared activities and meaningful conversations.

What’s a Passion Group?

Passion Groups are small groups centered around hobbies or activities. They’re a fun way to build relationships while doing something you enjoy with Christ at the center of it all. 

Here are some group ideas: Sports, Jogging, Hiking, Painting, Biking, Baking, Board Games, Working Out, Teaching/Learning a Language, Skiing/Snowboarding, Foodie Group, Teaching a Musical Instrument, Handing out food to those in need, etc.

To be considered for a Passion Group Facilitator, we ask that you meet the following requirements: 

1. Have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour and have been baptized.
2. Call Thrive Church your home church and attend Sunday services onsite regularly.

Application Process: 

1. Fill out the application form below for review by the Thrive Leadership Team.
2. After submission, you will be contacted within a few days regarding next steps.
3. Selected applicants will be invited to a short interview. 
4. Final decisions will be communicated shortly after.
